Drafter
$40,000 - $60,000/year + based on experience

Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Join a well-established national leader specializing in designing and construction of industrial refrigeration systems across the United States. A company committed to quality and customer satisfaction is looking for a detailed and talented Drafter to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for designing and drawing plans for complex projects of all sizes to help the team solve complex engineering problems.  If you are passionate about design and eager to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed layouts (details, schematics, and schedules using AutoCad)
• Collaborate with project managers, field employees, and clients
• Provide design and documentation support
• Review and interpret project specifications and documents
• Provide support and guidance to field personnel regarding project design
• Create and Utilize design templates for future projects

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of drafting experience with AutoCAD is preferred
• Associates degree in drafting, architecture, or mechanical engineering preferred
• Familiarity with 3D modeling within AutoCAD.
• Quality-minded and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Valid Driver’s License – limited travel to job sites

Compensation and Benefits:

• $40,000 - $60,000/year + based on experience
