Engine Builder
$18.50-$30/hr DOE
Mon- Thurs 7am-6pm Fri 7am-12pm
A well established company with over 80 years of experience is looking for a Engine Builder to join their team. The primary responsibility for a Engine Builder Mechanic is to perform full rebuilds on engines and transmissions on ATV's and UTV's. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, has their own tools, and is highly self-motivated. This position offers competitive pay, ongoing training, and takes pride in their work!
Responsibilities:
- Inspects components, measures tolerances, cleans parts, and performs precise assembly using proper tools and techniques.
- Works closely with machinists, parts specialists, and quality teams to ensure each engine is built to last and performs reliably.
- Creates list of required parts necessary to complete each build.
- Follows build sheets and manuals for specs of each rebuild.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Valid drivers license
- 2+ years mechanical experience (automotive, diesel, or power sports engines )
- Must have own tools or ability to acquire such tools
- Attendance and punctuality
