Escrow CSR
$16.50/hour
Monday - Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (training is M-F 7:30a-4p)

In this position, you would provide exceptional customer service, take inbound calls, and verify information. Responsibilities:

• Inbound calls from borrower, agent, and lender
• Collect and verify information
• Answer customer questions and resolve customer concerns
• Reviewing insurance policies for compliance and lender requirements
• Data Entry
• Accurately compose written information

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Former customer service experience
• Former Escrow experience  
• Banking/insurance/loan/experience is helpful
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Microsoft products
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Compensation and Benefits:

• $16.50/hour
• Paid every Friday
