Escrow CSR | $17-$17/hour
Monday - Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (training is M-F 7:30a-4p)

Do you strive to provide excellent customer service? We have a full-time job opening for an Escrow CSR for one of the largest insurance providers in the country in Dakota Dunes, SD. In this position, you would provide exceptional customer service, take inbound calls, and verify information. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-centered, diverse environment. Responsibilities:

• Inbound calls from borrower, agent, and lender
• Collect and verify information
• Answer customer questions and resolve customer concerns
• Reviewing insurance policies for compliance and lender requirements
• Data Entry
• Accurately compose written information

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Former customer service experience
• Former Escrow experience and/or working with metrics/KPI's  
• Banking/insurance/loan/experience is helpful
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Microsoft products
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Compensation and Benefits:

• $17-$18/hour
• Paid every Friday
