Aventure Staffing is looking for Welders for our client in Swea City, IA! This position will be responsible for a variety of weld procedures based on specific customization of the truck bodies and lifts to be installed. It’s not just a job. Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and tape measures
• Requisition raw materials per prints
• Build quality products within the set production time standards
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, welders, cutting torches, and grinders
• Clean up and inspect parts for quality

Requirements:

• Two year of welding experience helpful but not required
• Ability to read blue prints
• Ability to lift and manipulate 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED

• Starting pay: $18/hour DOE
