Job Title: Welder – Quarterly Bonuses | $20–$22/hr
Location: Winnebago, MN
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!)

About the Role:
Join a leading fabrication shop in Winnebago with nearly 40 years of experience manufacturing quality metal products! As a Welder, you’ll work with a skilled team to fabricate tanks and other metal products, following blueprints to ensure precision and leak-free results.

We value hard work and skill—so we offer quarterly bonuses to reward your performance. A training program may be available for motivated candidates to grow your welding skills even further.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate metal products accurately

• Weld using MIG, TIG, and/or robotic welding techniques

• Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year welding experience (does not need to be with the same employer)

• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
