Job Title: Fabricator – Quarterly Bonuses | $19–$21/hr SIGN-ON BONUS - Work 3 months- $500, 6 months - $500 and 1 year- $1000
Location: Winnebago, MN
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!)
About the Role:
Join a leading fabrication shop in Winnebago with nearly 40 years of experience manufacturing quality metal products! As an experienced Welder, you’ll work with a skilled team to fabricate tanks and other metal products, following blueprints to ensure precision and leak-free results.
We value hard work and skill—so we offer quarterly bonuses to reward your performance. A training program may be available for motivated candidates to grow your welding skills even further.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate metal products accurately
Weld using MIG, TIG, and/or robotic welding techniques
Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year welding helpful, but not required (does not need to be with the same employer)
Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
