Farm Hand $18/hr

Monday - Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm.  Overtime will be needed in the busy season

Aventure Staffing is seeking a Farm Hand for a local Farmer near Laurens, IA This is a Direct Hire permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • General Farm Work
  • Maintenance around farm
  • Maintaining equipment

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have mechanical ability
  • May work outdoors in different weather climates
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs. kneeling, bending, stooping reaching and grabbing
  • You will be around fertilizer, gas, oils, cleaning products

Benefits & Pay:

  • Starting Pay: $18 per hour
