Finance Manager - $92k-$110K
One of our Clients is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team at one of the worlds largest Manufacturers and Suppliers of Weighing Equipment, Measuring Devices and Global Solutions company, in Fairmont MN. Working with our Client you will work closely with their customers on a local and international basis, applying the latest weighing and measurement technology to create innovative, market-focused solutions. This has leveled them amongst the world's most comprehensive weighing and measurement portfolios, supported by ancillary equipment and systems software.
What you will do in this role:
- Lead the US bi-weekly financial forecasting and annual budget process
- Communication and explanation of actual and forecast business performance
- Involvement in the development of the companies long-term strategic plan
- Preparation of capital investment appraisals and CBA’s for new product launches.
- Tracking and reporting
- Product margin analysis and review of product pricing strategies
- Working capital management to include monitoring, forecasting, and calculation of quarterly inventory provisions
- Review and simplification of existing inventory and costing procedures
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Degree educated. Ideally with an accounting background but not necessarily CPA qualified.
- Prior experience within either a management accounting or business partnering role.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment would be desirable but is not essential.

- Someone with a degree and experience with great presentation and leadership skills!
