Financial Case Manager
Starting at $17/hour, based on experience
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

As a financial case manager, you will be working with clients assisting with benefit information, collaboration; providing ongoing financial counseling; and shielding clients from abuse and exploitation. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain budgets for clients
- Manage multiple case files
- Collaborate with other community resources
- Serve as a liaison to monitor and maintain clients’ eligibility for benefits
- Ability to maintain an organizational system to track all reports and issues
- Ability to complete time sensitive reports
- Accurately assess bills and request for funds, based on financial status
Requirements:
- BA in Human Services/related field or former work experience in similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations
- Ability to work with a team and independently
- Problem solving skills
- Experience working with populations with mental illness
- Efficient computer skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting at $17/hr, based on experience
