Floor Care Specialist
$18/Hr

7pm-12am Mon-Sun (3-4 days per week, vary)

Aventure Staffing is searching for a Floor Care Specialist to clean and maintain floors in a local business.

Responsibilities:

• Use floor care equipment such as buffers and scrubbers.
• Strip, wax, and polish floors to restore their original appearance and shine.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to prevent damage or wear on flooring surfaces.
• Inspect floors regularly for damage or wear and report any issues to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in floor care or cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work on feet for long periods.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for customer interactions.
