Floor Care / Cleaning Technician – Evening Shift

Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Locations: Mankato & St. Peter, MN
Job Type: Part-Time

About the Job

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Floor Care Technician to help keep local businesses looking their best! You’ll take pride in maintaining clean, polished floors and creating a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in a job well done, and prefers steady evening hours.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain floors using professional equipment (buffers, scrubbers, etc.)

• Strip, wax, and polish floors to restore shine and extend their lifespan

• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance to prevent wear and damage

• Inspect floors and report any issues to your supervisor

• Travel between two nearby locations (Mankato & St. Peter)

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in floor care or commercial cleaning (preferred but not required)

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

• Comfortable being on your feet and performing physical work

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Must have reliable transportation between sites
