Forklift Operator | $16.50

Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

A distribution and fulfillment center in South Sioux City is hiring a forklift operator to join their warehouse team. Forklift drive test will be performed. This warehouse/forklift position works with a team to prepare and ship orders for pick up or delivery according to schedule and order instructions while using basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and build orders to client specifications
• Warehouse management with some billing responsibilities
• Perform inventory transactions accurately and keep quality standards high for audits
• Report any errors or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean safe working environment and optimize space utilization

Requirements:

• Warehouse experience is required, with prior forklift experience (6 months minimum)
• Must be able to lift cardboard boxes right off floor without pallets
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to communicate and cooperate with coworkers and supervisors
