Frame & Alignment Technician – Auto Body / Heavy-Duty

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $20+/hr (based on experience & certifications)

Job Type: Full-Time | No Weekends | Overtime Available

Location: Lake Crystal, MN

About the Job

We’re looking for an experienced Frame & Alignment Technician to join our team! You’ll be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and aligning vehicle frames — making sure every vehicle we service drives straight, safe, and true.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect and diagnose vehicle frame and alignment issues

• Operate frame machines and alignment systems to correct problems

• Perform frame straightening, welding, and structural repairs

• Ensure vehicles meet manufacturer specifications

• Document all repairs and maintain accurate records

• Assist teammates and help maintain a clean, safe work area

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Frame & Alignment Technician (auto body or heavy-duty)

• Skilled in using frame straightening and alignment equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Problem-solving mindset and solid mechanical understanding

• Team player who works efficiently and safely

• Certification in frame/alignment repair is a plus
