Front-End Manager

W-Su 10am-9pm

$15/Hr

We have an exciting opportunity for a Front-End Manager at a local ethnic restaurant. The right candidate for this position would need to have excellent customer service skills and restaurant experience. You would be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house (FOH) operations, ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise servers, hosts, and bussers.
• Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor dining room cleanliness and ambiance.
• Manage table seating flow.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality management.
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software.
• Knowledge of restaurant service protocols and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $15.00/hour
• Paid every Friday
