Job Description

Front of House Team Member | $14/hr 

Monday - Thursday: 12PM -8PM 

Sunday: 10:30AM - 7:30PM 

Are you looking to join a fast-paced and supportive work environment? An established catering company that operates a college cafeteria in Orange City, IA is hiring a Front of House (FOH) Team Member. If you're reliable, friendly, and hard-working, this could be your next great opportunity! As a FOH Team Member, you’ll be part of the Dining Services Department, helping to provide a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for all guests.


Responsibilities:

  • Sets up, serves, and cleans the dining room as directed.
  • Interact professionally with guests and customers, delivering excellent customer service during all events.
  • Ensures all dishes, utensils, and equipment are clean, returned to their proper place, and stored correctly.
  • Follows and enforces proper lock-up procedures.
  • Provides customer feedback to the Dining Services Supervisor/Director, including compliments and concerns.
  • Assists with weekly and monthly inventories, reports maintenance needs, and requests supplies as needed.
  • Completes additional tasks assigned by the Dining Services Supervisor/Director.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of food service or catering experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Benefits & Pay:

  • $14/hr.
