General Labor – Facility Renovation
$20/hr
Day Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:00pm

We are hiring immediately for a Day Shift General Laborer in Sibley, IA! This hands-on role at a well-established production facility is perfect for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with their hands. If you have experience with painting, basic repairs, and renovation projects, this opportunity offers steady hours and weekly pay!

Responsibilities:
• Complete facility renovation and improvement projects including painting and general repairs
• Safely operate hand and power tools for various maintenance tasks
• Perform minor repairs and upkeep throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Painting or general maintenance experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to temperature variations, noise, and dust
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in food processing, agriculture, or manufacturing a plus
