General Labor | $18.50/hr 

5am-5pm Monday through Friday.

A progressive and growing feed company located iaround the Dennison area is looking for General Labor employees to join there team immediately. This individual is responsible for a wide variety of production activities to help ensure a high quality product is going out to customers. This position will go fast so apply today! 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Batching Schedules and Production: Ensure that batching schedules are met and that production aligns with planned time lines.

• Manufacture Products: Follow formulations provided by the Corporate Office to produce all products accurately.

• Equipment Maintenance: Assist in maintaining equipment, including keeping installation, repair records, and preventative maintenance schedules up-to-date.

• Ingredient Receiving: Receive and unload ingredients from trucks at the manufacturing facility.

• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep equipment and work areas clean and well-organized.

• Compliance: Adhere to OSHA regulations, company safety rules, and policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience, preferred
• Reading, writing, and mathematical skills at a high school level
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate with a variety of individuals in an appropriate manner
• Ability to work in and promote a team environment
