General Maintenance Technician | $20 - $25 /hr.

Monday - Saturday 3 PM - 12 AM, Tuesday - Saturday 9 PM - 6 AM, Sunday - Thursday 10 PM - 7 AM

Aventure Staffing is hiring General Maintenance Technicians for a local production company! This position works independently to diagnose and repair all mechanical equipment. General Maintenance Technicians may have the possibility to work overtime during the week! This is a long term, reputable company with excellent benefits. Responsibilities: 

• Diagnose and repair of all mechanical power transmission equipment.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose, repair and overhaul process pumps, automatic control valves, sensors, positioners and actuators.

Requirements:

• Experience in the installation and repair of mechanical equipment required
• Experienced use of precision tools i.e. dial indicators, micrometers, calipers and depth gauges.
• Read and decipher mechanical drawings, schematics, and piping diagrams
• Ability to read/interpret electrical schematic is a plus.
• Skilled in pipe fitting, soldering, rigging application and use of mechanical tools, hand tools, and power tools
