General Maintenance Technician | $20 - $25 /hr.

Monday - Saturday 3 PM - 12 AM, Tuesday - Saturday 9 PM - 6 AM, Sunday - Thursday 10 PM - 7 AM

Aventure Staffing is hiring General Maintenance Technicians for a local production company in Wakefield, NE! This position works independently to diagnose and repair all mechanical equipment. General Maintenance Technicians may have the possibility to work overtime during the week! This is a long term, reputable company with excellent benefits. Responsibilities: 

• Diagnose and repair of all mechanical power transmission equipment.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose, repair and overhaul process pumps, automatic control valves, sensors, positioners and actuators.

Requirements:

• Experience in the installation and repair of mechanical equipment required
• Experienced use of precision tools i.e. dial indicators, micrometers, calipers and depth gauges.
• Read and decipher mechanical drawings, schematics, and piping diagrams
• Ability to read/interpret electrical schematic is a plus.
• Skilled in pipe fitting, soldering, rigging application and use of mechanical tools, hand tools, and power tools
