Grinder Operator | $15/hr. + DOE with a $2/hr. Shift Differential

1st shift is 7am-3pm Monday-Friday with some OT on Saturday. 

2nd shift is 3pm-1am Monday-Thursday with OT on Friday.

 A local machine manufacturing company in the Sheldon, IA area is hiring a Grinder Operator to join their growing team! This Grinder Operator will work both independently and on a team to manufacture and produce top of the line, specialized products at an established company!

 Responsibilities:

• Properly setting up, operating and monitoring the machine for production
• Light maintenance to the machine and checking for necessary repairs
• Assess quality of production output
• Keep Work Area Clean

 Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to be flexible and train on 1^st shift
• Mechanical aptitude and some manufacturing experience is a Plus!

 Benefits & Pay:

• $15/hr. + DOE with a $2/hr. Shift Differential
