HR Generalist
$60k + DOE
Monday – Friday, day shift
Seeking a versatile HR professional to join a growing organization in a key, high-impact role. Our client is looking for an HR Generalist to contribute to the company's success by fostering a positive and productive work environment. As the HR Generalist, you will carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following areas: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and HR compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage recruitment and new-hire orientation process.
- Serve as first point of contact for inquiries and facilitate the resolution of workplace conflicts or grievances.
- Administer employee benefit plans and coordinate training initiatives
- Process payroll
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain accurate personnel files to support HR audits
- System management: Update HR databases and provide administrative support for departmental projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred
