Mon - Fri, 7A - 4P with overtime as needed
Pay Rate: $90k+ depending on experience
Established, growing company searching for an HVAC Install Manager to oversee their HVAC installation projects. Responsibilities will include:
- Oversee HVAC installation projects and ensure high-quality work.
- Manage and mentor a team of installers to promote skill development.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor department profitability and implement improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with clients to provide exceptional service and support.
Requirements:
- Experience in HVAC management and installation.
- Relevant licenses and certifications in HVAC systems.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth.
- High expectations for quality and service.
- Ideal candidate will have EPA 608 certification, Iowa Journeyperson/Master Mechanical License.
