Operations Lead
Salary $75k-80k DOE
Are you an operational strategist with a drive for efficiency? Our client is looking for an Operations Lead to oversee daily business functions and lead the patient care team to peak operational excellence. In this role, the Operations Lead will be responsible for refining internal systems, managing high-performance teams and ensuring a positive patient-centered experience.
Responsibilities:
- Operational excellence and patient flow
- Strategic patient scheduling
- Revenue cycle support ensuring proper insurance verification processes, and documentation and billing accuracy
- Specialized inventory management
- Manage employee retention
- Hiring, training, performance reviews and staff assignments
- Oversee AP/AR and Insurance payments
- Procurement and Pricing – primary lead for vendor communications and maintain oversight of product/service pricing structures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Five or more years of leadership experience overseeing multiple locations
- Must have experience in patient care industry such as a medical, dental or optical business.
- Proven track record of shaping high-engagement cultures and fostering healthy employee relations
- Experience with insurance billing
- Strategic mindset
- Willing to travel locally (no overnight stay required)

- Salary $75-80k per year depending on experience
