Human Resources Specialist
$18 - $20/hr. based on experience
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm; travel with occasional overnights

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the Human Resources Department’s daily operations to ensure timely handling of employee matters; maintain employee information
• Travel to each location and possibly stay overnight
• Answer questions regarding benefits, policies, and other pertinent information, new hire paperwork
• Cross train on Payroll & Benefits Specialist job duties
• Assist with creating safety policies, procedures, forms and manuals; record workers compensation claims and maintain the Company Safety Log; report worker’s compensation claims to insurance company

Requirements:

• Associate degree in HR Management or HR experience is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and meet the company’s insurability requirements
• Effective communication and problem solving skills
• Computer skills
• Adaptable

Compensation and Benefits:

• $18.00-$20.00/hour, based on experience
