IT System Support Specialist
Monday - Friday (Overtime as needed)

Our client is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join their growing business to maintain their technology infrastructure & ensure smooth operations across their systems.
Responsibilities will include:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and effective.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and upgrades.
- Provide training and support to staff on IT-related matters.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems and processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their IT needs.
- Set up and assist with Microsoft 365 and LastPass.
- Configure and manage Intune.
- Set up new staff with computers and software tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Previous experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
