IT Support Specialist

Excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy IT Support Specialist for innovative client on the grow. 

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Provide hardware support for desktops, laptops, tablets and related end user equipment.
  • Troubleshoot user inquiries
  • Propose and present new technology solutions for consideration and implementation
  • Coordinate end user training
  • Work with other IT professionals to provide high level service to employees
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in IT or Computer Science
  • 3 - 5 years of IT support/administration experience
  • Proficiency in technology-related field such as desktop and/or mobile technology
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer support skills with end users of all levels
  • Able to work independently 
  • Able to balance multiple projects and priorities and meet deadlines 
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, desktop deployment technologies, hardware and software components of PC based computers, iPads and smart phones
  • Basic networking concepts and understanding of ITIL
  • Curiosity for new technology solutions and ability to implement
  • Strong report-writing skills
