The Light Industrial Retail Associate
Monday – Friday starting at 6 am - 230. Pay is $14.50 per hour.
We are searching for a Light Industrial Retail Associate who will be responsible for multiple tasks including: handling and preparing products for sale, maintaining stock levels, and assisting customers in our retail space. In this position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Prepare products for sale, by labeling, packaging, and assembling smaller components according to specifications.
- Operate light-duty production machines or equipment as trained and needed for processing and packaging.
- Perform basic quality checks and report any defects or inconsistencies in products.
- Maintain organized/ accurate inventory records, assist with stock counts as needed, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25-50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
