7PM-7AM-2 days one week and 5 days the next week (rotating).

As a Correctional Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our facility while overseeing the conduct of inmates. This position requires individuals with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Enforce rules and regulations within the correctional facility to ensure order and safety
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to prevent disturbances and escapes
• Monitor inmate behavior and report any suspicious activities
• Assist in the rehabilitation of inmates through counseling and support programs
• Respond to emergencies and incidents within the facility promptly and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of inmate activities and incidents through detailed report writing
• Operate CCTV systems to monitor inmate movement and interactions

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Clean criminal background
• Strong attention to detail and communication
• Ability to work comfortably throughout the night
