Landscaper/$15/hr
Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
We are seeking a hardworking Landscaper to join our team in Milford, IA. The Landscaper will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and enhancing outdoor spaces and gardens. This role involves physical labor, use of landscaping tools and machinery, and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Overall Duties:
- Perform landscape installation including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and sod.
- Maintain lawns and gardens through mowing, weeding, pruning, trimming
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers
- Install hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and edging
- Follow landscape design plans and collaborate with designers and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Requirements
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license may be required
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to work outdoors
- Ability to follow instructions
- Attention to detail
- Ability to pioritize multiple tasks efficiently
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $15/hr
