Machine Operator/General Labor      

M-TH 6am-4:30pm

$19+/Hour Based on Experience

The Machine Operator/General Laborer is responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a production or manufacturing environment.  We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machinery according to production requirements and safety guidelines.
• Monitor machine performance and make  adjustments as needed.
• Load materials into machines and ensure correct alignment and settings.
• Change machine tools, parts or attachments as required for different production runs.
• Perform routine checks and inspections of machinery.
• Inspect finished products for defects.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate records and complete reports as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs up to 10lbs occasionally

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in machine operation or general labor is a plus.
• Basic understanding of machine operation and maintenance.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
