Warehouse Picker-  $17-$20/hr + Monthly Bonus

3rd Shift: 10PM-6AM, Monday-Friday & every 3rd Saturday.   

6am-6pm rotating shift also available. 

 With over 100 years in business, Aventure Staffing is hiring for one of the largest family-owned steel service centers in the Midwest. Looking to fill general warehouse positions within the metal production industry. An ideal candidate is familiar with warehouse operations and understands working with steel. Currently seeking Machine Operators that can work as a team member and operate loading, packaging, and labeling machines. Offering full benefits and a variety of work schedule options! 

 Potential Responsibilities:

• Operate loading, packaging, and labeling machines.  
• Always maintain safety, identifying emergency stops and concerns when necessary.
• Visually inspect finished products and inform employees of any malfunctions or defective products.
• Fill a variety of materials into the feeder equipment, ensuring the feeder is in good working order.
• Tend to print machines, filling ink or replacing printing tape.
• Start machines and observe their operations.
• Label products, verify the weight, and count.

 Requirements:

• Good math skills.
• Able to use both hands for detailed work up to 12 hours.
• Able to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Able to work in semi-regulated climate controlled environment.
• Able to bend throughout the shift.
• Able to work in dusty work environment.
• Able to stoop throughout the shift.
• Able to lift up to 100lbs occasionally.
