Machine Operator 
$17+ Depending on Experience
Shift Available – Mon- Fri: 7:45am-4:15pm  ( 3:45pm-12:15am or 11:45pm-8:15am)  

Are you a Machine Operator looking for an exciting new job opportunity? If so, this position is for you!!  A local manufacturing facility is looking for a Machine Operator to join their team! As a Machine Operator you are to operate the extruder line, in compliance with established company production processes and policies, to achieve output needed to meet scheduled production job requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Set up the tooling (molds) needed for the job specifications. 
• Recognize various mold sizes and mold types needed for the job requirements.
• Recognize various product colors and sizes based on the job requirements.
• Operate the extruder line in a manner consistent with established processes.
• Provide instructions to the lumber assistant regarding finished goods banding and movement, material needs, and raw materials mixing requirements.
• Ensure that production processes and finished goods meet the company’s standards for Quality.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              •Input accurate time keeping and production records

Requirements:
• Ability to use measuring devices/tools to verify that finished goods meet the job specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, carry, pull and push to perform job requirements.
• Mechanical ability sufficient to operate the extruder line and recognize problems.
• Positive attitude and desire to work.
