2nd Shift – 4:00pm–12:00am
3rd Shift – 12:00am–8:00am
$19/hr+ depending on position PLUS $0.75/hr shift differential!

Are you an experienced manufacturing professional looking for a great opportunity with a well-established company in Sibley? We are currently looking for Machine Operators to join the team on 2nd and 3rd shifts! The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment, a strong work ethic, good attendance, and attention to detail. Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply!
Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Set up, load, and operate machines according to work instructions
• Monitor production and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Make adjustments to machines as needed to maintain proper production and quality
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines and work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete production records and required documentation
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production or quality concerns
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Manufacturing experience required
• Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply
• Good attendance and reliability are required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift, push, and pull objects as required
• Ability to stand and/or walk throughout the shift and bend, reach, and maneuver as needed
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and equipment
