Maintenance Technician / Boiler Operator – Nights

Location: Mountain Lake, MN
Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $27.00–$34.00/hour + $1.00/hour night shift differential

Position Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician / Boiler Operator to maintain and troubleshoot boiler systems, production equipment, and facility utilities to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

A Minnesota 2nd Class B Boiler License is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot boiler systems.
• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, heating, and refrigeration systems.
• Complete assigned maintenance tasks safely and accurately.
• Follow written procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 2nd Class B Boiler License.
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred, ideally in manufacturing or food processing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• PLC and ammonia refrigeration experience is a plus.
