Maintenance | $20/hr and up Depending on Experience
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm M-F
Aventure Staffing is looking for a Maintenance Worker. This role is responsible for maintaining safe, clean, functional, and well-presented community housing properties. The role involves completing routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and general property upkeep while providing respectful and professional services.
Responsibilites:
- Basic carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, cleaning
- General upkeep, mow lawns, rake, snow removal
- Provide excellent customer service
- Accurately document work performed work order, including parts and resident charges in YARDI
- Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklist
- Document needed services and repairs in YARDI
- Routinely perform duties to restore apartments to “make-ready” status and document in YARDI
- Drive to other properties in NW Iowa
Requirements:
- Experience in apartment maintenance and light construction
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Computer experience required
- Exerting up to 80-100 pounds of force on occasion up to 30 pounds frequently
- May require extended hours during peak periods
- Will need to be available for travel
- Must provide proof of liability insurance and valid driver’s license for same.
