Manufacturing Engineer
$75,000-90,000 DOE

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production while minimizing waste and costs. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop new manufacturing techniques, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to the production team.
• Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues and work on corrective actions.
• Design, procure, and maintain tooling and equipment needed for production.
• Collaborate with product design teams to ensure the ability to manufacture new products.
• Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry certifications.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge and experience with LEAN Enterprise required.
• Ability to interpret business plans and meetings to generate specific actions for Maintenance team.
• Ability to work in Lean Manufacturing environment
