Manufacturing Engineer - 75k-100k+ DOE (On-Site)

An established manufacturing plant in Wayne, NE who is a leader in their industry is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. The Manufacturing Engineer uses Lean Manufacturing principles to evaluate processes, configure systems, reduce cost and develop best practices with the production process.

You'll want to be part of this experienced leadership team that operates with high integrity!

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mfg processes based on efficiency and speed
• Develop and test effective automated and manual systems
• Design and install equipment
• Optimize facility layouts, prod lines, machine operations and network performance
• Resolve issues and delays in production

Requirements:

• Technical degree, preferably in Engineering
• Proficient in relevant software: CAD, MS Office
• History of problem solving ability
• Excellent communication and teamwork
