Job Title: Maintenance Technician – 1st & 3rd Shift Available
Location: Estherville, IA
Pay: $27–$37/hr DOE + $2/hr 3rd shift differential
About the Role:
Aventure Staffing is looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join a leading wheel manufacturer serving the agricultural market. In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep production running smoothly by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, equipment, and plant systems. This is a great opportunity for a motivated technician to grow their career with a stable company.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and test machinery and equipment for proper operation
Listen for unusual sounds and troubleshoot problems
Dismantle, repair, and reassemble machines and equipment
Install and repair electrical systems (110, 220, 440-3 phase)
Assemble and maintain pipe, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Repair and maintain plant structures and fabricate simple fixtures (benches, counters, partitions)
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Requirements:
2+ years of maintenance experience or equivalent technical education
Experience with 110, 220, and 440-3 phase electrical systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Excellent oral and written communication skills
