Job Summary
We are looking for a safety-conscious and efficient Assemblers to prepare, assemble, and finalize products for our customers. You will play a crucial role in meeting production schedules while ensuring high-quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities

• Production & Quality: Follow daily schedules to meet targets, interpret blueprints/drawings, and operate machinery to ensure products meet specifications with minimal rework.
• Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Immediately report hazards, ensure safety devices are functional, and adhere to all company safety standards.
• Operations: Operate technical equipment, hand tools, and power tools efficiently.
• Teamwork: Actively participate in meetings, follow supervisory direction, and collaborate with team members to improve processes. 

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive-task environment.
• Technical: Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent attendance, ability to work independently or in a team, and good communication skills.
