Job Description

General Laborer 18.40/hr.

7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday.

A local manufacturing company in Graettinger, IA is seeking dedicated, organized and energetic laborers to join their team!  Those who possess prior production or manufacturing experience and are willing to work overtime are encouraged to apply!  

Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies
  • Running saws
  • Pulling lumber
  • Build SIPS and wall panels
  • Packaging
  • Build trusses
  • Ensure conformance to product/process specifications
  • Package and ship finished product

Requirements:

  • Construction or production background
  • Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
  • Must have forklift Experience
  • Ability to lift up to 65lbs.
  • Experience with hand tools
  • Able to read a tape measure
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Basic math concepts

Pay & Benefits:

  • Starting Pay: $18.40/hour 
  • Paid Every Friday!
