Paint Line Operator | $18/hr and up depending on experience. 

Hours: 1st Shift 6:30am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday OT on Fridays as needed

Aventure Staffing is hiring a Paint Line Operator in Laurens, IA focused on hydraulic cylinders  to join their production team . In this role, you’ll prep, paint, and finish components using spray or powder coating systems, ensuring a high-quality finish every time.

Responsibilities:

• Prep and hang parts on the paint line
• Apply coatings using spray or automated equipment
• Inspect finished parts for quality
• Maintain paint booth and equipment
• Follow all safety and quality protocols

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Prior industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting Pay: $18/hr and up DOE
