General Assembly | $18/hr
Hours: 1st Shift 6:30am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday OT on Fridays as needed
Aventure Staffing is hiring a Paint Line Operator in Laurens, IA focused on hydraulic cylinders to join their production team . In this role, you’ll prep, paint, and finish components using spray or powder coating systems, ensuring a high-quality finish every time.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with assembling hydraulic cylinder components or related parts, often under direction or supervision.
- Handle materials and parts — moving, staging, or placing raw materials or components; unloading and organizing inventory or stock bins
- Operate or assist with machinery or shop tools (hand tools, power tools, possibly machine shop equipment, presses, etc.), depending on training and assignment
- Inspect, deburr, or clean parts/components, and perform basic quality checks to confirm parts meet
- Follow all safety and quality protocols
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
