I&E Technician

Our client, who is a Global Leader in their industry, is looking for an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician for its Siouxland facility. This manufacturing facility is focused on safety first, being great stewards to the environment and running operations reliably.
Responsibility:
- Safely, correctly and efficiently maintaining, repairing and/or replacing the equipment
- Installing, troubleshooting, servicing & performing PMs on plant equipment
- Installing, servicing, testing, & calibrating high-voltage electrical systems
- Understanding and adhering to procedures, policies & techniques
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of experience & technical training
- Must have Instrumentation experience that is demonstrated and can be described in an interview.
- Basic skills in Electrical, AC/DC Voltage, PLC, Pneumatic Control Valves/Systems, Basic Electronics, Motor Control and Process Control Systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team.
- The ability to stand, walk, climb ladders & stairs frequently, and lift 80# occasionally.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work overtime
- Regular, reliable & predictable attendance
