CNC Machinist – $20–$28/hr – Multiple Day Shifts Available

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision? Well-established manufacturing facilities are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join their teams. In this role, you’ll set up and operate CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced production environment. If you’re mechanically inclined and enjoy working with advanced machining technology, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines (mills, lathes, or other equipment)
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
• Load and secure workpieces manually or with automatic feeders
• Start machine cycles, adjust settings, and inspect finished parts for quality
• Maintain accurate production records and document process or quality issues
• Meet production goals and manage time efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, wearing required safety gear
• Operate a forklift occasionally after training
• Lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs
• Other duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred)
• Prior CNC machining experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Dependable, with good communication skills
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift required weights
• CNC programming, multi-axis machining, or lean manufacturing experience is a plus
