CNC Machine Operator – $22–$27 per hour
Mon–Fri 7a–4:30p

Are you a detail-oriented CNC Operator who enjoys working in a supportive, team-focused environment? A local manufacturing facility is looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join their fabrication team, with a primary focus in the press brake area. If you're safety-conscious, quality-driven, and ready to grow with a fast-paced company, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to create quality parts that meet specifications
• Set up CNC press brake machines with appropriate dies, tooling, and settings
• Operate machines safely and efficiently while maintaining production standards
• Use basic computer programs to enter production data and track operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures
• Report any machine or production issues to the supervisor or team lead
• Assist with additional CNC fabrication equipment as needed (e.g., laser cutters, saws, machining centers)

Requirements:
• Previous CNC press brake or machine operation experience preferred – will train the right candidate
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and measuring tools
• Basic computer skills for data entry and job tracking
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, or lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
