Shipping & Receiving Clerk – $22–$27 per hour
Mon–Fri 7a–4:30p

A local manufacturing company is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to help ensure service trucks, parts, and products are shipped and received accurately, safely, and on time. Responsibilities:
• Prepare equipment and parts for shipment according to customer requirements and carrier guidelines
• Schedule pickups with freight carriers and coordinate logistics for on-time deliveries
• Load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts, overhead cranes, or by driving equipment
• Inspect incoming deliveries for damage or discrepancies and verify against purchase orders
• Document and report shortages, damages, or incorrect materials to the purchasing department
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records in the ERP system
• Help keep the warehouse organized and follow all safety procedures

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in UPS & LTL shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (manufacturing preferred)
• Forklift and overhead crane operation experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills for data entry, label printing, and inventory tracking
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., and perform regular bending, walking, and standing
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
