Maintenance & Production Supervisor
Monday - Friday, 7A - 4P and on-call
$80k+ depending on experience

Our client is looking for a hands-on Production/Maintenance Supervisor to lead plant operators, oversee daily production & maintenance, and ensure product quality, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop production operators through training, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee production batches to ensure quality, safety, and process compliance
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Enforce feed safety, quality, and company safety programs
- Ensure safe operation of equipment and coordinate with maintenance as needed
- Participate in the Feed Safety Team and support audits and documentation
- Play key role in supporting production performance, team development, and continuous improvement.
- Handle maintenance needs as they arise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 2–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience (required)
- Minimum 5 years production experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of production operations and feed safety/quality standards
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using basic computer tools (email, MS Office)
- Previous experience working with pumps, valves, heat exchangers and boilers
