2nd Shift Assemblers $21.10/hr
Monday - Thursday, 3:45pm-1:45am . Overtime is mandatory and completed on Friday's 1:45pm-9:45pm
Aventure Staffing is seeking a candidate for an assembler opening for a manufacturing company in Spirit Lake, IA. This is a full time position in a climate controlled environment. Manufacturing background a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Tends Spoolers for continuous operations
- Tends to the packaging equipment for continuous operation
- Assists with tooling changeovers
- Performs set up operation
- Adjust levels
- Positions supply spools on tubs
- Dispenses spools into hopper loader
- Checks supply spool for correct line after each line change
- Returns empty supply spools to pallets
- Maintains proper speeds on the elevators
- Enters data in computer
- Stages product for final step in process
- Must be able to follow list to determine what materials are needed
- Maintains an organized and clean work area
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be able to follow directions
- Mechanically inclined
- Able to use common sense
- Able to do basic math
- Light lifting, with occasional 25lb
- Manufacturing background a plus but not required.
- Wanting to learn and do their best
- Great attendance is a must
- High School Diploma/GED Required
