Manufacturing Technician | $20.00/hr

Full-Time | Tuesday - Friday | 6:00am – 4:30pm

Join an established manufacturing company in Blue Earth, MN that has been building quality truck equipment since 1963. We manufacture steel and aluminum truck bodies and hoists for a variety of industries, including agriculture, construction, landscaping, and more.

Whether you have direct manufacturing experience or transferable skills from another hands-on industry, we encourage you to apply!

What you’ll do:

• Use hand, air, and power tools along with fabrication equipment to manufacture and assemble truck bodies and related equipment.
• Read and work from blueprints, drawings, specifications, measurements, and verbal instructions.
• Perform fabrication and assembly processes such as cutting, drilling, bolting, riveting, welding, and hucking.
• Operate equipment such as press brakes, drill presses, plasma cutters, punch presses, and other shop machinery.
• Work with department leads and coworkers to produce high-quality products safely and on schedule.

What you’ll need:

• Previous manufacturing, fabrication, construction, mechanical, or other transferable hands-on experience.
• Understanding of measuring tools, gauges, and the proper use of hand, air, and power tools.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and follow instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to quality, safety, teamwork, and meeting production deadlines.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, reaching, stretching, bending, and standing for extended periods.

What you’ll get:

• $20.00/hr + DOE
